Rance and I pulled into Washington DC at about 1:30pm, unloaded our bikes off the back of the car and gave ourselves two hours to ride around the capital mall to photograph the monuments. After it being really hot and humid the day before, the weather change was a welcome relief.Mapblast almost has us lost when we got into Ellsworth but Min-aha's maps saved the day!! This one near Hudson, MA. It's a pretty nice hotel that Rance has managed to track dog poo into on his shoe. Hopefully they won't track it to our room, the smell is concentrated on the welcome mat right inside the door back door. We were in the car for about 10 1/2 hours and I must say, I love the ipod. For Christmas Rance not only got me an ipod but the ingenious itrip which allows your ipod to be transmitted over any FM radio.
